Plans and pricing

Plans are month to month except the Pro plan, which has a 3 month minimum. Prices are as shown on the page. Text, email and AI usage are billed separately through your account wallet.

New Zealand text messaging

NZ text messaging needs an inst8 account, signed up to directly, at about US$47 a month.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the next billing date.

Quick Start Setup

Quick Start Setup is a one-off $499 where our team sets up your account for you. It is not refundable and is not discounted.

Black Friday offer

The Black Friday offer of 50% off your monthly plan for the first 3 months applies to monthly plan charges only. Quick Start Setup and usage are not discounted. The Pro 3 month minimum still applies.
